Prime CBD, opposite the existing high trading Safeway supermarket (Woolworths) and Big W. The existing Target Country and Coles stores will relocate into the new Wonthaggi Plaza shopping entre. The Big W store has been expanded from 5,500 m2 to 8,000 m2 reflecting Woolworths confidence in the region.
